  • The following is excerpted from our current lease with Ten-X:

    “The Tenant and the Tenant's members shall have use of the premises as described below. For purposes of this section, organized club activities include meetings, team practices, team matches, Tenant’s hosted matches and the like. For organized club activities, the Tenant has priority use of the range. During organized club activities, individual Tenant’s members are not responsible for individual range fee.

    A. Tenant's use of the indoor facilities for organized club activities. Clarence Shooting Club shall have use of the indoor shooting range on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., from September 1 to March 30, except for the first Monday of each month. In addition, Clarence Shooting Club shall have non-exclusive use of the indoor shooting range every Wednesday (all day), with Tenant having priority of use from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.. Clarence Shooting Club may request additional use of the indoor shooting range at such times which are agreeable to Ten X Shooting Club.

    B. Tenant's use of the outdoor facilities for organized club activities. Clarence Shooting Club shall have use of the outdoor shooting range on three Sundays of its choosing, annually, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except for the second Sunday in June and August and the third Sunday in September, said dates to be submitted no later than February 15 of each year.

    C. Tenant's individual members (members of the Clarence Shooting Club) may use the indoor facility on days and times other than those set forth above for the Tenant’s organized club activities. As a condition of this privilege, Tenant’s individual members must (1) the range fee of $1.00 more than the posted Ten X member rate, (2) they may not interfere with the Landlord's or another tenant's exclusive use of the facility, and (3) they shall abide by all posted rules of the range, shall not abuse or damage the facility, and shall clean up after their use. Clarence Shooting Club's individual members may possess keys or electronic access devices to the range which shall be issued by the Landlord. The Landlord may establish procedures and policies that Tenant’s individual members shall be required to follow in order to obtain keys and electronic access devices.

    D. Tenant's individual members (members of the Clarence Shooting Club) may use the outdoor facility. As a condition of this privilege, Tenant’s individual members must (1) the range fee of $1.00 more than the posted Ten X member rate, (2) they may not interfere with the Landlord's or another tenant's exclusive use of the facility, and (3) they shall abide by all posted rules of the range, shall not abuse or damage the facility, and shall clean up after their use. Clarence Shooting Club's individual members may possess keys or electronic access devices to the range which shall be issued by the Landlord. The Landlord may establish procedures and policies that Tenant’s individual members shall be required to follow in order to obtain keys and electronic access devices.“

    In summary, we are required to pay the range fee of $1.00 more than the Ten X member posted range fee at all times except the days and times listed in parts A and B above.

  • Below is an excerpt of condition of our lease with Ten X as it pertains to Code of Conduct:

    “As a condition of this Lease each of Tenant’s members must review and sign the Ten X Code of Conduct and be certified by Landlord’s Chief Range Officer, or his delegate, to have received instruction on the operation of the range, the safety rules, and procedures for opening and closing the indoor and outdoor range. These activities shall be scheduled and coordinated by the Landlord. Written certifications must be provided to, and remain on file with, the Landlord. If a Tenant’s member is found to be using any of the Landlord’s facilities without having written proof of certification, the Tenant’s member shall lose range privileges until they receive the proper certifications. Repeated violations of this condition may result in Tenant or Tenant’s members losing range privileges. Clarence Shooting Club agreed to provide the Landlord with an updated roster of member each year after its renewal period closes. Clarence Shooting Club agrees to provide the Landlord with an updating list of its member that provide the Tenant with a signed Code of Conduct.”

  • Annual dues are payable to the Financial Secretary on or before January 1st. of each year. Any member in arrears thirty (30) days will be sent one written notice, by the Recording Secretary, immediately informing him or her of their dues delinquency. Any member, having been once informed of said delinquency, shall be dropped automatically from club membership, March 1st of that fiscal year.

    Our current annual dues is set at $80.00. Dues for new members shall be prorated. The month, in which a new member is admitted, shall be considered the first whole month. The club fiscal year begins each January 1st and ends December 31st.

  • Any member in good standing, who has demonstrated his ability to observe the club’s rules and regulations shall be eligible to possess a security fob admitting him/her to the shooting ranges maintained by the club pursuant to the following conditions:

    1) The member must go through a range orientation with the Clarence Shooting Club Chief Range Officer and one of Ten X Shooting Club’s Range Safety Officers to:

    -verify the prospective Key Holder’s knowledge of basic range safety.

    - evaluate the prospective Key Holder’s conduct while handling firearms and participating in Club activities.

    - ensure that the prospective Key Holder demonstrates his complete understanding of the responsibilities accompanying access to Club facilities including: lights, heat/ventilation, compressors, clean-up, security, acceptable munitions, targets, scheduling obligations, etiquette etc.

    2) a payment of $10.00 annually for the fob.
